Replay 360 editing - delete tab used but doesn't seem to cut the beginning of video out when published

I am trying to figure out why when I use the delete tab (which is the only one that highlights when I try to cut the beginning 1:00 min of video out of my overall 1:38 minutes) that it doesn't remove the beginning minute of my video so that I only see the last 38 seconds when published. It does show black at the beginning in Replay 360 but doesn't start at the new point. What am I doing wrong or missing for steps?

I am new to this so I must be missing something.
