Replay 360 doesn't have a feature to automatically loop a video. Would you be able to put that video into a Storyline 360 course? If so, you can set up a loop using these steps:
Insert your audio or video file into a slide, a layer, or a slide master.
Although audio and video resources will automatically start playing by default, there may be occasions when you need to add a trigger to play the resource automatically. To do so, add a trigger with the following parameters:
Action: Play media
Media: Select the name of your audio or video file
When: Timeline starts
Object: Select the slide
Then add another trigger to the slide that loops the audio or video resource. Use the following parameters:
Action: Play media
Media: Select the name of your audio or video file
When: Media completes
Object: Select the name of your audio or video file
