Replay Errors

I'm avid replay user, but the past 2 days its not been functioning for me. Anyone else relate or have advice? I just did a software update this morning and no improvements. 

1. I'm getting error message that the project cannot be saved because it is too long for its media (my video is 1 minute and 17 seconds long.) 

2. I'm getting error message that "sorry something went wrong with Ariculate replay and it might close."

It will act like it is working for 30 minutes, then it will just crash, file is gone and its very discouraging.
