Hi Everyone I hope you can help me
Since about 2 weeks ago Replay has failed to launch. It stats to initialise but then I get an error message saying the programme has encountered an error and has closed.
Today myself and an IT colleague went through and updated my Flash player then completely uninstalled Replay and reinstalled it using the lastest version on the website but that still hasn't fixed the issue.
Any and all help is much appreciated as we're running out of ideas fast
Thank you
Harri

Hi Harri!
I would advise that you reach out to support. Perhaps looking at logs will help us pinpoint what may be happening.
Thanks Leslie, I've sent a support case through to you guys, hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.
Here's the case number: 00450498
just to update this thread:
Really odd - we've just uninstalled and reinstalled using the same file as yesterday and it appears to be working fine...gremlins in the pc again I think
Interesting. Well, thanks for the update Harri and thank you for updating support as well. Much appreciated :)
I'm getting the same error for Replay that I was for StoryLine V1 as a result of the flash update.
Is there an update for replay?
There was an update for Replay as well Owen and you can find that here.
I am unable to launch reply at the moment. Keeps coming up with a flash player error. I have tried to download and install but have not had any luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Ren!
There is an update to Replay that should correct the issue that you are having. You can find that here.
Update worked like a charm. Thanks Leslie; not sure how I missed it.
No problem Owen, glad that you are back to working order :)

Hi Wendy,
If you've already gone through the steps documented in our Support articles, it's best to continue to troubleshoot this with our Support team so that we could take a look at more specifics about your set up.
Thanks Ashley will do. I have it running on my laptop ok so it's not urgent but I'd like it running on my Big Mac.
cheers
