Replay File Will Not Open

I saw a related question posted 3 years ago, but not sure if there have been any updates recently. I edited a video in Replay last week, and I'm having issues opening it. I receive a message stating that the "file is corrupt or may have been created in a previous version of Replay." I have not updated the software. Not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue and can offer any feedback/troubleshooting?

Thanks for reaching out, Jaron!
From here, I'd recommend sharing the Replay file in a case, so one of our support engineers can help troubleshoot. I've opened a case on your behalf, so you should see an upload link in your email inbox. After my team has reviewed your file, they'll reach out with the next step!
I have just updated Storyline yesterday. Now when I open a program I worked on before the update, I get the error "This project is invalid or corrupt and cannot be opened. It may have been created in an older version of Storyline. This makes updating the software problematic if one cannot open program files.
Hello Dave!
Let's see if there is still a working version of your project. Here's how to check:
1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.
4) Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
If that doesn't do the trick, please reach out to our team privately by submitting a support case so we can get this sorted out!
