I am using Replay for the first time. I recorded a test video an hour ago, and everything was working perfectly. However, I am now trying to record the real deal, and:
- The program is saying there is no audio. The microphone is working (it is the same one that worked an hour ago), and the little "sound bars" at the bottom of the screen are responding to sounds I make, so it is clearly working, but Replay isn't recording.
- If I hit play in the edit screen, nothing happens. Earlier, I was able to play the video in the edit screen, but now, it won't play at all. The button changes to pause from play when clicked, but nothing happens.
When I tried publishing, it still did not recognize the sound. HELP!

Hi Heather,
Are you in the same file you were previously working on? Can you confirm you're working with local project files as working off a network drive could cause difficulty. Also, you may need to look into the repair process
