Replay Keeps Crashing: Tried uninstalling, restarting computer, reinstalling...still happening

My Replay 360 will allow me to add one item (image or video) then immediately shuts down before I can do anything else.  I followed the advice from an earlier thread and it didn't help.  I've uninstalled twice (both articulate 360 and replay)  now.

Hi Kaylee,

I'm so sorry you're running into issues with Replay crashing, and I see that you've opened a case as well where my teammate, Cleo, has replied back with some next steps. 

Be sure to review what he sent, and if you find yourself still running into issues, let him know, and he'll be happy to dig a little further and see what might be causing the crashing to occur.

We'll get this figured out!
