I'm having a problem with Replay not showing the lower thirds in the published video. Previous screencasts have worked fine, but this current video just will not show them. They are there in the .replay file, but when I publish to the .mp4, they will not show in windows media player or embedded in my Storyline file.
I haven't seen this in Replay, but you mentioned it's only the one file? Have you confirmed that you're working on local project files and publishing to a local drive as described here?
If you're still having difficulty, can you share the .replay file here with us?
UPDATE - I republished the file this morning and re-inserted it to storyline and now it's working. Not sure what the issue was yesterday, but it's working correctly now.
Thanks for the update Mike. In addition to saving on your local drive, check that you're publishing to a local drive as well and following along with the other guidelines in terms of file name and path as well.
If you're working locally and the problem still persists, I think it would be best to get in touch with our Support Engineers here so they can work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you do go that route, feel free to share your case number here and I'll be sure to follow along with it. :)

Ashley - Yes, I'm working on the original .replay file that I created, saved on my local hard drive.
The .replay file has the lower thirds, but the .mp4 published file does not show them.

I am having the same issue with Windows Media player. It works fine when I use another media player on a different machine. Any thoughts?
Hi Debra! Thanks for reaching out. First, are you working on local project files and publishing to a local drive as Ashley described above?
