The mouse pointer is not showing in the actual place it was pointing at when recorded. When you play it back, the mouse pointer is pointing somewhere else.
Anyone experienced this please or know the issues?
I have Windows 10 adjusted to 100% and am still seeing a misplaced mouse on my Replay screen recordings. Any suggestions on adjustments to try to resolve this? Thanks!
I have the same issue. And I uninstalled and installed again Replay and mouse pointer is still wrong after recording. Do we know, now, how to solve this? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out and for opening a case, Karen! I see that you got it all sorted out by switching to a DPI setting of 96.

Hi Stevi-lee,
Looks like it was a DPI issue.

Hi Mary Ellen,
Sorry the DPI setting didn't make a difference for you! As a next step, try doing a fresh installation of Replay.
