I had exactly the same problem. I uninstalled it in the end and re-installed it.I tried cleaning the registry and re-installing it. Nothing worked. One day Replay worked and the next it did not.

Replay won't start. I have un-installed and re-installed as per your instructions (and rebooted) and still not working. All I get is a small pop-up (see attached).

and by-the-way, I did run the rpCleanup file. . . but that didn't help!
