Replay Project is Corrupt Error

Feb 01, 2021

I recorded a 4 hour training seminar today using REplay.  There was a break at 2 hours.  So i stopped and saved the first 2 hours as session A.  I started a new recording for session B and saved and published session B successfully.   I went back to my session A file only to find the dreaded "your file is corrupt and cannot open" message.  How is it possible to be successful recording the second half of a session but not be able to open the file from the first half of the same session?   Is there any way to recover the lost file?  There are many people who need to see this training for reference.  I've searched through your threads and tried saving it somewhere else with a new and short name, looked in my temp files, and none of these suggestions were successful.   Thanks!

Hi Jill,

I'm so sorry you're seeing this error pop up for your Replay 360 file. More often than not, this error occurs when files are saved to a network drive or are synced to the cloud. This user guide shares more on working with Replay files:
