Replay: recording playback issue

Hi, anyone have any solutions?  I can record screencasts on Replay and publish them fine.  My problem is that when I finish recording and the recorded screen editor appears - the playback and stop buttons  don`t appear!  This means I can`t view the recording.  I have created 4 new screencasts and the same thing has happened each time.  Any suggestions?

Hi, Gary -- Thanks so much for reaching out, and I just did a quick recording in Replay and both my playback and stop buttons appeared as they should. May I ask if you can please confirm that you are working locally? Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency. Please also see this article for additional troubleshooting options and let us know if that does the trick or if you still need more help! :)

Thanks for getting back Christie.  I was working locally but I appear to have solved the issue thanks to the kind reply from Leslie.  I changed the screen resolution to 100 (I had it at 125 when the problem arose) and the playback and stop buttons appeared again and have been ok since.  Thank you both.
