I have a two screen setup. One screen and my Dell laptop. I know how to create a Replay video within a PPT, but instead of using my I have my laptop's camera and audio, I want to use and use my Ipad for my recorded video source. Can anyone tell me if and how that would be possible?

Sounds like you would need some sort of 3rd party tool to display your iPad screen on your computer, then you could use Replay to record the screen.
I'll leave that to the community.
