Replay Videos Grainy Display

Thanks for sharing a copy of the video here. Do you see the same grainy images in Replay prior to publishing? 

Screen recording can see some blurriness or change in image quality and it's often connected to how it was recorded. Take a look at this article for more information on slide size, recording size, and other best practices.

No, I don't have a problem with resolution prior to publishing the video. The images are of a standard powerpoint slide.

I'll take a look at the article you recommended. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Also, the video recording is inserted into Replay from a different file. I didn't set any recording size. I just copied and pasted a powerpoint slide. What makes it odd is that the lower third text is blurry too.
