I'm now using Windows 10 and have tried IE, Firefox and Chrome. Replay will not capture the screen correctly in any of these. After sizing the window to capture what I want to record, the recording moves to a small piece of the window that was shown in the window. I have checked for an update and it says there is none. It also stops working frequently when I try to publish. Can anyone help?
I figured this out. My new laptop with Windows 10 came pre-set to display the screen in apps at 125%. Once I reset this to 100%, Replay captured the screen correctly. It still has problems crashing when I publish, but that is long-standing and can be dealt with.

Glad you were able to get to the bottom of your display issue Lynn :) I appreciate you popping in with an update and sharing with the community.
Now, about this crashing...is that with all projects? Maybe a repair of your software is needed?
How did you do the reset to 100%? That could resolve my similar issue.
Hi there, Scot! This support article from Windows might help you out:

In the scaling dropdown, you should have the option to change it to 100%. I usually have to sign out and back into Windows for it to take effect.
If you're still having trouble, let me know specifically what you're seeing so we can help!
