I have resized my screen capture size as instructed, however once I insert into the storyline slide it does not fit into the 720 x 540 default size. It is smaller and when I strech it out to fit the frame it becomes disproportional.

Chris, Thanks and yes I have read everything I can find and even submitted a support case. I have done everything suggested. My screen size will not automatically resize to fit the story size of 720x540. I have to stretch it and it becomes distorted.

For anyone else who may be following along here, this is the response Wilbert shared with Peggy:
"This is working as designed. You recorded the video using 1288 (width) x 724 (height). When you insert a video in Storyline using a lower Story size, it will be adjusted to fit the entire slide. You can opt to record again using a lower screen resolution."
