I keep cutting the video and it doesn't play with the cut. So I save, exit and reload. The cut has happened, but now I cant replace or edit what I cut, as its locked into memory. Is there a fix somewhere or am I doing something wrong?
I'm happy to help solve this one with you! It sounds like after cutting the video, the changes aren't saving until you save, exit, and reload. Additionally, when reopening the project, you can't edit the video.
I haven't come across a similar issue. Are you working on your local drive (typically your C: drive)? Working on a network drive or an external USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency. Also, have you tried repairing Replay? If that doesn't do the trick, then we'll want our Support Engineers to step in. You can reach their team directly by submitting a support case.
