We tested a recording of our webcam and screen and it plays fine in preview. After publishing, only the audio is in the file and the file size is too small to be including video.
As an update I took the project file to my desktop and published it from there and the video rendered properly with a file size of 2mb compared to 455k when published on the laptop.
The laptop is running windows 7 with an I7 processor.

Hi Tim,
You'll want to make sure that the laptop matches up with the system requirements here and has the video hardware acceleration enabled. If both of those are all normal, you may want to conduct a repair of Replay.
