Viewing after publishing Sep 17, 2014 By Satoko Hiraizumi Hi! At last I've reached the step "Publish". After previewing files such as QM, Engage, PPT, I published them successfully. But, in the middle of the viewing, replay has been freezing. How can I find the cause of issue and fix it.

But, the button does not work. How can I find the solutions for these errors? Are there any reference for them? or should I learn a basic tutorial for QM first?
