Warbled Audio

I have used Track B as an audio track. The audio sounds fine when I'm working on it in the program.  Once I publish the video, the audio becomes warbled.  Not to the point of being inaudible, but certainly not professional sounding.  I have tried publishing multiple times to see if it was a fluke but it happens every time.
