I have tried several times to add an Articulate Replay video to my Presenter '13 presentation. Though the video does plays, the volume does not. Help please!
I'm not sure that I've seen any particular issue with Replay videos not working in Presenter '13.
The published mp4 from Replay functions as expected as a standalone video before importing? Would you be able to share that file here so that we could take a look?
My PowerPoint audio does not play when reviewing in articulate. I have checked for updates and the system says there are no updates. The audio was recorded in PowerPoint and I can hear it when I use PowerPoint but not when I use articulate.
Presenter 360 doesn't support audio that was recorded or imported in PowerPoint. You'll need to record or import audio in Presenter instead.
If you already recorded or imported audio in PowerPoint, you may be able to extract it from the PowerPoint file using the instructions below. Then import it into Presenter.
If your PowerPoint presentation has a file extension of *.pptx, follow the steps below to extract the audio.
If your presentation has a backward-compatible file extension of *.ppt, you might be able to extract the audio (it depends on the original audio format). First, convert the presentation by going to the File tab on the PowerPoint ribbon and clicking Convert (in the middle column). After converting it, follow the steps below.
After installing 7-Zip, right-click your PowerPoint file, scroll to 7-Zip, and choose Extract to "<name of your project>".
A folder with the same name will be created in the same location as your PowerPoint file. Open it to see the extracted contents.
Open the ppt folder.
Open the media folder. All the media from your presentation will be stored here. They'll have similar names (such as media1, media2, etc.), so you may have to open each one to find the audio you need.
