Adding comments to 360

One of my storyline reviewers is saying that she can't add comments to the slides when reviewing the course. She wrote that "You may need to enter our email addresses in order for us to be able to add comments to the right of each slide. I tried and it doesn’t let me". As far as I know I don't need to/can't add e-mail addresses of the reviewers. Why can't she add comments? (comments are enabled by the way)

Is it possible that the reviewer is using an email address that they previously set up as an Articulate ID?
If you're not sure, check out this video. Hopefully that will clear things up for you!
Hi: Never had any issues before with people not being able to comment on a Rise module, but it will not let a reviewer comment without entering a password. I have tried myself with "fake" emails that would have never been used in an Articulate product and it will not work.

Have you double checked that the Review "Share" link isn't password protected?
If the link isn't password protected, would you mind sharing it with me? I'll test adding a comment using an email address that isn't already associated with an Articulate ID.
Hi: I tried several times yesterday and it was not working, but it is working now, so as long as it keeps working all is good.
