Anyone having trouble downloading comments from REVIEW to a PDF? Apr 21, 2017 By Kyle Main Anyone having trouble downloading comments from REVIEW to a PDF? I can download the .CSV The PDF keeps giving a error "false" - "Failed - no file" Please help, oddly the people reviewing do not have access to Excel or much, a PDF would better since it's a feature of review. Any thoughts?
Wendy Farmer Hero almost 7 years ago04/21/17 at 10:42 pm (UTC) Hi Kyle I've just tested downloading review comments to PDF and have no issue. If you can export to CSV from Review I'd be checking my local system. See if you can test downloading a pdf from another site without issue.
