Sorry this is giving you headaches! It looks like the Engage interaction and the video aren't showing up in the comment thumbnails. Do those appear within the slide area, or are they missing there, as well?
Also, is the video a MP4 file or an embedded web object? I'm going to try and reproduce this in a new project, so it'll help me to know more about how yours is set up.
