I sent a course review link to my SME and the only browser they have installed in their work computers is IE11 and for some reason when she reviews the Articulate Review link, it has removed all the "t's" and "f's" from the course and the course is displaying differently. Is this a bug and if the only browser they can use is IE11, this is a problem. What can I do to fix this?
Sorry that's happening! Do you see the same problem when you access the link from IE11?
It could be that the font download option is disabled, but that's an easy fix. From Internet Explorer, click the Tools tab, then Internet Options. From there, follow the steps in this screenshot. Let me know if that makes a difference!
We have the issue that the page can't be found. I think there was an update in many of the virus software that has changed something. If I take my computer out of our building it works fine.
Some of my SME's cant put comments either, thet say that review tells them they have no internet connection... bu they ARE watching the course on review, so....
Is there any known issue with review and security protocols?
Hi there, Eric and Richard. Can you check out this article about the different domains that need to be allowed for Articulate 360? I'm wondering if your hunch about security/firewalls is what's at play.
Let me know how you make out, and we can dig deeper if needed!
We finally had our IT people watch our filter as we used Review and found we needed to whitelist everything with Articulate. I was surprised their tech support didn't tell us this first.
Did you have to include more items than what is mentioned in this article? If so, I'd love to share your list with our team so that we can update our documentation.
