Hi Alyssa, on a somewhat related note, can anyone show/hide resolved comments, or only the person who resolved them? E.g, if I mark 20 comments as resolved, can someone else click "show resolved comments" to access/see them? Thx, Bill
Great question! So all reviewers can resolve comments, show/hide resolved comments, and reopen comments.
With your example, if you marked 20 comments as resolved they will (by default) disappear. If someone wanted to show those resolved comments, they do have that ability to reveal those resolved comments. The comments will reappear with a faded look though, so you can distinguish them from comments that are still open.
We also have a great resource that provides more details on this here.
Thanks for reaching out! When a stakeholder starts a new discussion thread, a screenshot of the project as it currently appears is automatically generated and attached to your comment. You can read more about this is in the user guide below:
I'd like to see a feature that DOES send a notification to ALL involved in the development of a module when a comment has been resolved - that way everyone with eyes on that project is in the loop and eliminates guessing or wondering where the project is at. This and more of a project management tool should be built/included. This is especially helpful for larger organizations.
It would be helpful too if comment reports were generated automatically in CSV format and sent to the developer once all comments are resolved.
Those sound like great ideas for feature requests! You can submit them here, and if they make it into our feature roadmap, we'll make sure to update you!
As a bit of a workaround for your first piece, we have our developers reply 'done' for each comment before resolving - that way at least the commenter gets an email notification. I agree it would be handy to have an option to auto send to anyone that's commented on the review link.

Hi Sara,
That's only for you as the designer! Your commenters will not be notified.
I also wanted to mention you can view all of your resolved comments by clicking the More icon [...] and selecting Show Resolved Comments.
I hope that helps!
Shouldn't the action be labeled "Resolved" instead of "Resolve"? The verb tense is deceiving.
Thanks for your feedback, Claudia!

Got it. That's good news, was hoping that was the case! Thanks so much.
how do I mark a comment as resolved? Just type it in the reply?
There's a small check mark button in the upper right of each comment (that is hard to see sometimes until you rollover it). See attached.
How do i know where each comment relates? i.e. add a full stop at the end of sentence...how do i know which sentence the reviewer is referring to?

If there's a specific sentence the reviewer refers to; they'll need to specify in their comment. I hope this helps!
Can I change resolved comment threads back to normal comments?
Hi, Steven!
You can reopen resolved comments by following the steps outlined here:
