I have tried publishing three different Articulate Studio 360 projects since last night, and, after they successfully upload, they seem stuck at the "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready" message. One of them is just a very simple PowerPoint file with one slide I tried in case it was something in my project hanging things up. Usually this message only appears for a couple seconds. Is the system partially down right now?
Hi Will. Sorry for the snag. Currently publishing to Articulate 360 is unavailable. We are aware of the issue and are working on it. You can keep an eye on the progress here https://www.articulatestatus.com/
We aren't seeing a problem with Tempshare right now. We're testing content from Storyline 360, but content from all recent versions of Studio and Storyline should work. If you have a course we can test for you, definitely feel free to share it with us!
Thanks for reaching out here. Our team would like to take a look at the Review links for those that aren't processing when you try to view and/or upload them. Can you share the link with me here or send it along to our Support team here and reference this forum discussion?
Can you please send us a copy of your .story project file (or your Studio package) so that we can take a deeper look at the problem? Please be sure to reference this Forum URL in your case. Thanks!
We were able to un-stick your upload. It looks like it was an isolated case, and we're looking into ways to avoid this in the future. Thanks again for letting us know!
Our team spotted an issue this AM that seems to be intermittent but they're investigating it currently. I'll keep you posted here but you can also keep an eye on things by subscribing to our status updates here.
Review is back up and running so the course you were having difficulty with this AM should be able to be viewed now. Let us know if it's not working for you.
If this isn't working for you today, we'd want to take a look at the file you're trying to publish there and see if it's the file or Review. Are you able to share it with our team here? If you're able to share your course with our team using that link let me know and I'll follow along with the Support case too.
Also, did you download the latest update for Articulate 360? It was released at the end of last week and it should have prompted you if you were connected to the internet upon opening Articulate 360? Just want to rule that out as a possible issue.
Thanks Chris for the update - don't ever hesitate to reach out to the team if you run into an issue like that again. They're available 24/7 and can help check the status of the pages and your account. You can also subscribe to status updates at https://www.articulatestatus.com/
I just ran into this problem..., I just re-published a course as usual by selecting "Publish a new version of an existing item", after publishing when I click on the link that was generated, the system shows me the following message, "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready."..., after that I tried to publish again and the system republished and generated a new version but this time I lost all the comments from previous versions. I checked the status of the articulate system by going to the following link, https://www.articulatestatus.com/ and the Articulate 360 - Review status says "Degraded Performance"... Is the system down or having problems??? what should I do to recover the comments for the new version ?? Regards, Rocco

Thank you Patrick, I was hoping there was a status link like that.
Is tempshare.articulate.com having the same issue?

Here is my Case #00985195 - it includes content (a Studio 360 project).
Thanks, Will. I've asked Robert to test your project within Tempshare as well.
Looks like all systems go again! Thanks for resolving this, and for maintaining a status page.
I have the same problem. Some course will never get ready stauts while there are no problems with others.

I'm seeing this issue again at the moment. Friday the 13th!
Thanks for letting us know about this, Will.

Thanks Will - we've got it and I see you'll be working with Wilbert! He'll keep you posted in your case and we'll update the forums too. :)

I am having this same problem today with my file.

Hi Rebecca,
Review is back up and running so the course you were having difficulty with this AM should be able to be viewed now. Let us know if it's not working for you.
I'm trying my first publish to 360 for review and I'm having this same issue.

I republished to 360 this morning and it's now working correctly. Temporary hiccup I guess.
(Yes, I'm running the latest update.)
Thanks!
