What would be the possible reasons for my receiving a message about clean up files when I am trying to publish content?
I've updated to Articulate 360 since a good bit of my content items were created with the original Articulate and I'm having problems with being able to review them and/or publish them.
Could you share the exact error message with us, either the full text here or a screenshot would help?
Also, I'd look at enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here. Those are all the things you'd need to successfully publish to Articulate 360 and use the various services.
