I'm finding the same behavior in my testing: when I export my comments to PDF, the numbers are excluded. However, they stay intact when exporting to CSV.

Hi Peter,
Good news! We've released an update to Review 360.
Now when exporting comments by slide and to pdf, we now show the scene/slide number next to the slide title.
Let us know if you run into any more problems with this.
