I have a version of a course loaded into review, when I make changes and re-upload it, my reviewers get a message that the link has been moved or is no longer available.
will that happen everytime I update? Will I need to send new links each time?

When you republish a project, a new version of it is created in Review so you can keep track of revision history – without really needing to generate and send new links each time. More on managing projects in Review here! 😊
Take this sample Review URL for instance. With this one URL, you can see older and current versions of the project by clicking on the Version drop-down list in the upper left corner of the screen.
for some reason my projects are not working that way. I will check and see what is happening with the end users, as that is how I was expecting the review to work.
