Many of the stories I'm creating have a number of videos.
If I upload the videos to Articulate Review directly and share the individual links to our reviewers, comments made on these videos include the timings, making it very easy to find the section in the video the comment relates to.
If however the video is part of a story and the story is uploaded to Articulate Review, the comments made only relate to the slide the video is placed on. The comments do not include any timing information.
Is there any way to allow this? It is much more convenient for the story to be reviewed as a whole than having to upload each video element separately to the review site.
Hi Matt! If you have video controls enabled on your slides, you should see time elapsed at the bottom of the video. The screenshot taken when feedback is left on that slide should include the time elapsed.
