Hello! I'm using the lightbox functionality (in Storyline 360) and when "previewing", everything looks great. However, when I publish to Articulate Review, the triggers do not open the lightboxes. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?
Hi! I am having this very same issue . . . 3 years later using Storyline 360. When I review my course in Preview mode, my lightboxes work just fine. However, when I add them to Review 360, they only appear as gray boxes.
I've used lighboxes in my course but they are not showing in Review 360. They work in preview mode. Is there still an issues with Review 360 and lightboxes not showing? Are there any fixes for this please?
So 4 years later and it seems like the engineers haven't addressed this issue. In addition to it not working in review 360, the light box still won't fire when embedded as a SL block in RISE either.
The issues raised in this thread were either file specific or browser related. Here's a sample course that opens a lightbox which was tested in Review 360 to confirm that the functionality of opening lightboxes work in Review 360.
With that being said, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private through a support case so we can check what's happening? We'll delete it after we're done testing!
