Hi Dan,

If you're looking to gather feedback from your stakeholders, subject matter experts, or others you can use the Share link in Review. That link will allow individuals to leave comments and provide ideas, feedback and additional insights on your course. Take a look at the Review FAQs here for some more info! 

If you need to track learners' progress in Storyline 360 and Studio 360 courses, you'll need to publish for Articulate Online or LMS. Hosting your content in Review will allow folks to use any quizzes, but we won't track or keep their answers, scores, etc.

maximum number of individuals I can share the link with who can provide
feedback and comments?

There is no maximum number of folks who can access the Share link and provide comments. Out of curiosity, how many folks are you thinking?
