The author name is tied to the Articulate ID which was used to publish it, and it looks like you've edited your account to remove mention of that so it will show the "created by" language and then a blank space. The version is also a drop-down where your reviewers can see and access earlier versions. If you'd like them to only see the latest version, I'd publish a new copy of it and share that link with them.
