I have published a Storyline 3 presentation into Articulate 360 Review, but it's not working. All I get is the spinning graphic (see attached screenshot). I've been using Review for several months with no problems. But with this file, it's just not working and I don't understand why.
I've checked as many Player and Publish settings I can think of. The presentation includes a question bank with six questions and links to videos that are all working fine. Not sure if that's a potential problem, but just FYI, if it helps. I'm baffled and frustrated. I hope you can help.
Just to doublecheck - only Storyline 360 courses can be published to Review, not Storyline 3.
We did have a few folks who ran into issues with the latest update of Storyline 360 Update 17. Our team just pushed out a fix for those, can you try updating and publishing again to Review?
