Uploading a New Version of a Video

May 11, 2017

I am working on a few videos. I received comments and I make the changes. Now I want to upload the newest version of the video and keep all my comments and simply update the version. Is this possible?

If not, that would be an EXTREMELY helpful feature.

Hi Lee,

Cool idea! Are you uploading the videos manually or are they coming from another Articulate tool?

Publishing from Storyline and Studio allow for versions to exist in Review - so in the meantime, if you had the video inside an otherwise blank course you could keep publishing that to Review.

Hi Lee,

You can now publish a Rise course to Articulate Review! Take a look at the tutorial here to get started. You can access all the Articulate 360 and Rise tutorials from this page.

Today's update to Articulate 360 included a few other important fixes and new features that you'll see in the release notes here.

Let us know if you need anything else!  Happy Tuesday. 😀

I believe the use is the same for a video as it is for a course. You upload a video, then you make changes, and you want to verify those changes solved for the objective. Being able to version videos would make Review just as effective as it is for a course. This feature would be very helpful, and I currently I need several revisions of a video to complete a project.
