My project are not showing up in my review area -- for example, I am not able to go into the review area and look at them again. When I first publish to articulate 360 it opens in review on a new tab -- but I cannot get back to it.
I started having problems with opening Rise modules in Review a couple of days ago. Yesterday, we could only open them using Firefox. Today, Chrome works, but not Firefox. No luck with Explorer either day.

Roxanne: Which authoring tool were the projects created in? Also, do you experience this behavior in multiple browsers or a specific one? Since you're using Articulate 360, could you create a Peek screen recording of what you're seeing? I'll try to replicate the behavior in a similar environment and let you know what I find!
Barbara: Does this Review URL load on your side? Would you be able to share a troublesome Review URL with me here or privately via this link?

Hi Roxanne! It's possible that your desktop apps, like Storyline, are logged in under the incorrect Articulate ID. You can quickly make sure you're logged in properly in two places:
Desktop App: Sign out and sign back in with your subscription email address.

Hi Roxanne!
Can you tell us a little more about what you're looking to do? Are you inserting an image of a technical drawing into Storyline?
Do you have to scale down the image to fit on your slide? If so, try making your slides larger by adjusting the Story Size.
If you can tell us more about what's going on, we'd be happy to help!

I did make it bigger (story size).
I can use zoom -- but was checking to see if there was any other ideas out there.
