Hey there Parham. I'm really sorry you're experiencing this behavior. It sounds like your course is set to track by number of slides viewed; is that correct?
Our QA team is aware of an issue where closing the course using the exit course trigger will send a 0% score to the LMS. I'm going to include your experience in their report so that we can report back to you on any progress. I'm sorry that I can't tell you when a fixed will be released.
Are you able to share your project file so that we can test another way to close your course? Thanks for letting us know.
Yes it is set to track by number of slides viewed.
Unfortunately I can't share my project (company policy) but if you give me a JavaScript code to exit the course instead of using Exit action in storyline that would be helpful.
Perhaps somebody in the community will pop in and give some customized help for JavaScript.
We don't support changes to the published output, so I couldn't recommend any code to amend- I wouldn't want to mess up your project. Can you instead trigger an exit button to instruct the learner to close the browser window to end the course? Just an idea for a workaround...
I wanted to provide an update here, as Storyline 2 Update 10 was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here. The item you all may be particularly interested in is how it fixed issue where an exit-course trigger would incorrectly send a score of 0% to an LMS. You can download the latest update here, and after downloading and installing the latest update you’ll want to republish any existing content to ensure that the updates and fixes are applied.

I think there is no other option.
Thanks Crystal.
