360 Freezing when publishing

I am developing a 14 module course for a client. Each course is an imported PowerPoint with audio added. 12 of the courses published to Articulate Reviewer without an issue. Two courses freeze during publishing in the "preparing to create slides" stage and Articulate locks up. Each time this occurs I have to shut the program down with the task manager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 360 at least 8 times with no change in the issue. I have also saved the PowerPoints locally to my desktop. Any ideas on how to rectify this issue? I would appreciate any assistance.

It looks like you've started a support case as well, and that would have been my recommendation too! That'll allow our team to take a look at one of your files and it appears that Cleo is already testing it.
