360 new versions/updates not available?

I am under a corporate account which may be the issue but I first wanted to check with Articulate. Attached shows my current version compared to the most recent updates, it appears I am on a much older version? Our corporate account (Nestle Purina) is centrally located and we do recieve notifications that new updates are available but that process does not appear to be actually getting us the most recent updates? Also, I'm wondering why I would not see 'updates available' on my 360 menu? 

Any insight you can provide would be most appreciated.

Hi Kelly, 

Some corporate installs are set to prevent individuals from installing the updates, so it sounds likely that's what you've run into. I didn't see any attachment here, but the latest update is Storyline 360, build 3.29.19305.0

Do you know who in your team to connect with about installing the latest update?
