I've built a pretty straightforward drag-and-drop interaction for a course. However, no matter how many attempts I try to give my learners, Storyline only gives them two attempts (I need to give them three). Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there something I'm not thinking of?
I just tested and it's working fine for me - see attached sample (I may not have the same options set up as you)...might be easier if you can share your file.
Here is the interaction. The only thing I can think of is that the custom menu for this course is interfering somehow with the interaction, but if that's the case I'm not really sure what I can do. The menu has to be in there!
I think the slide is corrupt as you have two submit interaction triggers (neither one can be deleted) - when I put the attempt count reference on your slide, the first attempt = 2 instead of one which is why you may be only getting two attempts instead of three.
I created a new slide and copied the contents onto it and it created one submit interaction trigger and worked fine. Suggest you try that.
