360 - Translation import does not work

I had the course translated in word document but when trying to import to storyline I get a pop up window of successful upload but the translation does not seem to be uploaded (everything is still in English).

Any insights on how to fix it?

the message is somewhat misleading - the message actually means "Storyline has updated all elements for which it has found a match between the translate document and the course".

i.e. it does not mean that it was successful in the sense of complete.

was the project modified in any way after the export of the transfer document?
