360 trial won't open

I successfully downloaded and installed the 360 trial, however when I go to open any of the 360 programs (storyline, studio, replay) I get an error message saying "Articulate 360 has stopped working." I've tried clicking on "check online for a solution" but nothing happens. I've also tried restarting my computer, but that doesn't seem to have helped either. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a workaround?

Uh oh Lindsey, sorry that's happening! I can see that you already opened a case (01087469), so you're one step ahead of me. 😊
