When I try to download some courses in LMS Web Tutor I faced with mistake 404 (screencast in attachment). Is the problem in the course, in publish settings (screencast in attachment) or in something else? It is not the first time when the mistake 404 appeared and I am so nervous about it. Please help me to understand the problem.
The 404 generally means that the link is going to a page not found. My initial thought is that the link that you're using is either an incorrect link (it may not be public and only available to the author) or it's a broken link created by your LMS.
In either case, it doesn't have to do with the published output and is based on the link in your LMS.
Thanks for the advice, Tom! I do not know why, but when I changed quality settings to standard, the problem was solved. Maybe there was something with the weight of the file.
Glad it's working. Quality settings shouldn't have anything to do with the link. Odds are that when you republished it resolved the issue with the broken link.
