I have a client who is requiring that we use a screen reader for her upcoming elearning courses. And while we fully intend to use Storyline 360 to create the modules, I cannot seem to find a concrete answer as to whether or not one or both of html5 and Flash are the recommended output. At one point it seemed that Flash was problematic, but now I'm seeing suggestions that both are suitable. Does anyone happen to know with 100% certainty if both html5 and Flash are acceptable options?
