508 Hyperlinks issuse Nov 21, 2014 By geoff jones Hi Everyone, I've created a lesson that relies on hyperlinks heavily. I need the course to be 508 compliant. After previewing the lesson I noticed that the links were not tab-able, does anyone know a way to make them visible to keyboard navigation? Thanks in advance, Geoff

Your question makes me think of this exact post, but perhaps it is the one you saw as well :) Mat outlines a lot of details related to accessibility here and is much better versed than I. To directly answer your question, yes, that's true.
