A delay in a layer appearance

hello,

I created  slide that contains several layers. Each layer includes a trigger that turns on the layer above it.
The upper layer includes a trigger that turns off the layer below. 
Thus, all layers show up one after the other, from bottom to top.

The problem is that there is a second delay between each layer (transition is set to "none").

How can I avoid this delay?
