If it were a course that your learners were just going to be watching without interacting with, a workaround others have used is to record your finished course using a tool like Replay or another instance of Storyline 2 using the record screen feature. This will produce an mp4 recording of your course. Keep in mind, though, that you'll lose any sort of interactivity with the course itself using this method.
