Hi Nikki,

For some reason, I can't see the image in your post, but I get the window asking me if I want to continue with my free trial (which I'm sure is the one you are seeing), after I have run an update - a SL update has been released since June 2013 and I recently saw this with the recent update to Replay too.

If you previously activated your SL licence by entering the licence key, you should be able to click on the [Activate] button in the pop-up window you are seeing, and the licence key field will be pre-populated, so you just need to confirm the licence key again.

If this doesn't  work, I'd suggest raising a support case here.
