For some reason, I can't see the image in your post, but I get the window asking me if I want to continue with my free trial (which I'm sure is the one you are seeing), after I have run an update - a SL update has been released since June 2013 and I recently saw this with the recent update to Replay too.
If you previously activated your SL licence by entering the licence key, you should be able to click on the [Activate] button in the pop-up window you are seeing, and the licence key field will be pre-populated, so you just need to confirm the licence key again.
If this doesn't work, I'd suggest raising a support case here.
It looks like Bruce and Antony have you covered here, and if you did recently update Storyline you'll need to reenter your serial number or as Bruce mentioned if you're using Windows 8.1 there are some troubleshooting steps here.
