Please someone look at this. We are trying to get a course through accessibility, but suddenly the shape that we were told to make and then take off the focus indicator is showing up. It is as if there are artifacts that we can't find on the outside of the page. When I tab it picks up two random boxes on the left side that we can't delete. This is urgent - please help.

You can remove these from the focus via Tab Order on the menu. Check out this tutorial.
